Customer lists & PPI settings
In this update, we’re introducing:
- The Customer lists feature to allow assigning users to specific lists for better segmentation and targeting.
- The Personal identifiable information (PPI) to allow companies full control over defining and managing data based on their specific policies and compliance requirements.
Customer lists
Customer lists is a feature aimed at enabling better segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns.
It allows you to create tailored lists of subscribers based on the criteria of your choice, paving the way for more personalized outreach.

Once you make a customer list and assign users to it, you can use it for more precise targeting in the Campaigns module.

This way, you get to target specific groups of subscribers with precision, tailor marketing efforts to suit unique customer needs, and focus resources on audiences most likely to engage or convert.

Personal identifiable information (PII)
As part of an ongoing process of creating a better role control system within Ocamba we have developed a new feature that allows each company to define what they consider Personal identifiable information (PII).
Once designated, the data is automatically hidden, ensuring that only users with the necessary privileges can access it.
The key benefit of this feature is that it gives companies full control over defining and managing PII based on their specific policies and compliance requirements.
By allowing each company to set its own PII criteria, this feature:
- improves data security, privacy compliance, and internal governance;
- minimizes the risk of data exposure while ensuring that only those with the necessary privileges can access it;
- simplifies data deletion requests, helping companies stay compliant with regulations and maintain user trust.
